“Michael continues to provide courteous and prompt maintenance service covered through our plan, gives us heads up notice of his arrival and always puts on foot coverings as he enters our home. Michael gets right to business and then explains his findings, covering each of his checklist items and its status and performance level. When an item’s performance is below par, he explains its expected range; querying if we want to replace or push its performance a bit further, noting how that will affect our system performance should it fail down the road. Michael also keeps us abreast of upcoming technology changes with equipment, SEER, etc. and giving us a heads up in case there are major malfunctions in the future and what that might mean for our current system. We are very pleased with his work.”

Called AC Pros with an A/C issue had had it fixed the next day. Mark, the technician, explained the problem in detail before fixing the issue so there were no surprises. The problem was resolved and I have not had any further problems with the fix.
